The Branson Pirates, fresh off of being voted the top seed in next week’s Annual Forsyth Tournament, hosted the Marshfield Blue Jays in Branson Tuesday night. New gymnastics school opens

By John Spencer “We are doing everything we can to make it a positive atmosphere for children and parents,” said Tina King of Dynamics Gymnastics on the new gym’s goals after their purchase of Monarch Gymnastics at the end of October. Swap a toy for a ticket

With opening night of Basketball season a mere two days away, the folks at Branson High School are looking forward to Christmas already. Branson High School basketball fans are asked to bring an unwrapped toy to Tuesday’s season opening game against Marshfield to benefit the district’s social work Christmas assistance program. Senior guard Kayli Combs of the College of the Ozarks has been named MCAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 16. Combs, a native of Branson, averaged 22.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game over two contests last week for the Bobcats.
